The so- called super foods are the part of our menu which helps us fight with diseases, be healthy and live longer. With the ones that we already know of, here are another five super foods:

1. Icelandic yogurt.

According to experts, this is the new yogurt. It is filtrated in such way by means of which it becomes even thicker and contains much more proteins. With the consumption of this yogurt it is recommended to add some spices, honey or cinnamon, or to add some fruits to it. The structure of the Icelandic yogurt is similar to the one of whipped cream with the difference that it contains more protein and less fat.
