You probably know well that the so- called “emotional eating” won’t make your problems to disappear with a magical stick but it will certainly affect your waist and that not in a good way. This is because people mostly eat unhealthy food when they are under stress or when they are sad or depressed.
The good news is that there are some foods which can fight against stress and make you feel better. Still, don’t forget that you should consume them in mild quantities because nothing too much is good. These are the food weapons against stress:
1. Oatmeal with cinnamon and honey.
A bowl with oatmeal provides you with delicious carbohydrates and increases the release of the happy hormone serotonin. What is more, oatmeal is rich with fiber that is digested slowly which means that it won’t create higher blood sugar levels.
