Which foods and drinks should we exclude from our menu?
We are aware of the risks that different foods hide for our bodies, but we always fail to follow the rules. Sometimes a soda is exactly what we need, especially if we are in the middle of a busy and hot day. Unfortunately, bad habits affect not only our figure, but also our entire looks.

We studied very well the influence of some of the most consumed foods and beverages and we’ve summarized which of them we should really stop consuming if we want to look good.

Eventually, we really are what we eat.

So, put slowly the candy on the table and quickly move away from it. This should be your attitude towards sugar, because the excessive consumption of sugar will reflect on your diet and it will increase the insulin in your body.
