Most people think that to start eating healthy they should give up on all products which give them the most pleasure. To some point this could be considered as a misconception, because some “unhealthy” products could actually be of some use to the health of a person. These are the foods and reasons which you should think about twice before excluding them from your menu:

According to a study, children who eat more sugar products like candy and lollipops are healthier and have a lower risk of a health disease.
