When we get ready for bed we need to think about our beauty once again. For example, in the cold months, the skin tends to dry out and we wouldn’t want that. These tips will not only prevent that from happening, but will also help you relax and get ready for bed.

Tip 1:

It is really important to take care of your feet. Before going to bed apply a thin layer of non- petroleum jelly on the toes, the cuticles, the heels and the areas between the toes. Make sure you really get in there and around the toes, because we tend to forget about our feet sometimes. After that, put on some comfortable socks. If you have dry and cracked heels this is great for getting soft feet in the morning.

Tip 2:
